Timepieces presented and assembled by Velmont incorporate carefully inspected, documented genuine OEM components sourced through verified archival channels. Any third-party brand names or references are used strictly for technical identification and provenance documentation.

Commissioning & Custom Assembly

Each Velmont timepiece is individually assembled and tested in accordance with rigorous Swiss-origin standards. By placing a commission or order, the client acknowledges that the assembly process involves custom configuration, multi-stage chronometric regulation, and individual pressure certification. Assembly schedules are communicated upon order confirmation and subject to archival component availability.

Pricing, Verification & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD/EUR as indicated on the invoice or checkout surface. Full payment or the agreed commission deposit is required prior to assembly initiation. Timepieces remain the property of VELMONT WATCHES until the balance is settled in full. Invoices include comprehensive component provenance logs and individual serial registries where available.

Insured Global Delivery & Risk Transfer

Every completed timepiece is dispatched via specialized armored or high-security priority courier services with full replacement value insurance. Title and risk of loss transfer to the client upon recorded delivery signature. Clients are responsible for applicable local customs duties, VAT, and import tariffs in jurisdictions outside the origin hub.

Limited Craftsmanship Warranty & Servicing

Velmont timepieces carry a comprehensive 24-month mechanical craftsmanship warranty covering assembly integrity, water resistance to certified depths, and chronometric tolerance. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized third-party case openings, or intentional misuse. Scheduled service intervals are recommended every three to five years.

Inspection Period & Returns

We offer a 14-day private inspection period from receipt date for standard catalogue models. Returned timepieces must remain unworn, unaltered, in factory seals, and accompanied by all original documentation, provenance folios, and custom packaging. Bespoke or personalized commission builds are final and exempt from standard return policies.
