All verified original components undergo individual microscopic inspection and pressure testing before bench assembly in our independent Swiss-origin atelier.
Complimentary Precision Regulation

Service Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty assessment, submit your digital reference number and warranty certificate via our concierge portal. Our team will generate an insured courier label and specialized transit vault packaging for dispatch to our workshop.
Average diagnosis & calibration turnaround: 10 to 14 business days.
Non-Covered Conditions
- Accidental external impact, crystal fractures, or heavy abrasive case scarring.
- Water ingress resulting from an unsecured screw-down crown during submersion.
- Interventions, modifications, or servicing conducted by unauthorized third-party workshops.
- Normal aesthetic wear and patina of genuine leather and fabric straps.

Return Policy & Process
Every timepiece assembled by Velmont undergoes exhaustive inspection. If your acquired piece does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent, fully insured return process within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Initiate Request
Submit a return notification within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Our concierge will issue a verified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with prepaid, fully insured courier documentation.
Inspection Preparation
Package the timepiece securely in its original presentation case. Ensure all component certificates, provenance records, and security tags remain fully intact and unaltered.
Insured Transit
Schedule a secure courier pickup or drop off at an authorized logistics hub using our dedicated high-value transport manifest with active tracking.
Horological Audit & Settlement
Upon receipt, our workshop conducts a physical and movement integrity audit. Once verified, your full refund is released to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Eligibility & Condition Requirements
To qualify for a complete settlement, the watch must remain in brand-new, unworn condition with all factory protection stickers intact, without strap adjustments, and accompanied by the complete set of original genuine OEM component documentation, presentation cases, and certificates.
